Oh wow, Lightning Bolt and Converge? I think I'll wait on the LB album since I'm probably going to buy that when it's released, but I've got a Converge album to find (I do plan on buying it, just not for a few months).

Thanks, but I already got it. Listening to it now while I write a paper. The progressive-ness is kinda turning me off, but it's still amazing.

Currently listening to new (leaked, I know I'm evil  Evil) Lightning Bolt album, Earthly Delights. Thanks whoever posted about Lightning Bolt a couple pages back, you got me back into them :D.

It's absolutely, amazing, certainly their most varied yet. Colossus sounds like Black Sabbath on a sugar rush and Funny Farm is like Eddie Van Halen's mutant brother playing a country hoedown. Definitely worth a listen (and of course, purchase once it comes out).

You are most welcome :D. Colossus is currently getting a ton of love from me as well. Also Kap Bambino - Blacklist. They're playing in Stockholm this saturday  Kiss. Fun times!

Dan Deacon.  Love Dan Deacon.  Fantastically weird.  The Crystal Cat and Wham City are my favorites.  This album and Bromst have made me at least 500% more productive at work.

Wham City rocks, I love that track! Isn't that also the name of his art collective?

Why yes it is. Dan Deacon is amazing. Bromst was a great album too. While not as catchy as Spiderman and the Secret Rings, in other ways its a much more mature and together album.

Dan Deacon made Build Voice and that alone makes him a great person. Love that song.
