Tortoise- Beacons of Ancestorship. These guys have yet to make a bad album. Hauenfiomiume - Haino Keiji & Yoshida Tatsuya.
I certainly didn't expect to find someone who listens to that kinda stuff 'round here. If you're into Haino, you should check out his new collab with Pan Sonic. It's absolutely amazing!

Animal Collective is very nice yeah! I'm currently listening to the new album from The Flaming Lips , Embryonic . it's very good... very! It's a great album. I like the track I Can Be A Frog. I'd say "TNT" is the one to start with. It's their most melody-driven and accessible album, and also their best, in my opinion. After that, I'd say either "Millions Now Living Will Never Die", which is probably their most stylistically diverse, or "Standards", if you're into the more "electronicky" stuff. "Beacons Of Ancestorship" is more rockin' than anything they've ever done (with mostly analogue synths instead of guitars though) and also quite accessible.

Yeah, the best Mouse album for me is always a perpetual battle between The Moon, Sad Sappy Sucker, and A Long Drive. I can never decide, and I doubt I ever will (or want to!) While I agree that those are there 3 best albums, Long Drive will always be my personal number one. You get the rough sounds from Sad Sappy, with the arrangements from The Moon. It's the best of both worlds. And the guitar at the end of Mechanical Birds is my favorite sound coming from a guitar ever. EVER. Wait, I thought Lonesome Crowded West was universally agreed to be their best. As for me I can't decide between ANY of their albums, barring the last two.

Yea I think most people consider it there best. And don`t get me wrong it`s got some great tracks, Teeth Like Gods Shoeshine etc... But I still prefer the sound of Long Drive.

I'll have a look.
Red Sparowes, Russian Circles, Isis, Cult of Luna....
Russian Circles are excellent. However, I couldn't really get into Isis. Listening to Turqoise Hexagon Sun by Boards of Canada.

If you couldn't tell by my username, I'm a big post-rock fan.
