Well, as long as you're tasteful about it, you shouldn't have much trouble. Child molestation is one of those subjects that can really get you in trouble nowadays, with the witch-hunt mentality people have of it. Yes, I'm talking police here.

I'd try to keep it somewhat abstract, if possible. A message can be strong without it being explicit.

Yeah, my game ideas are...kinda strange I guess.  And yeah, giving out candy and hanging out with kids is stage 1.

Stage 2 is the 'educational' part of the game.  As for the adult theme?  Well, I haven't decided yet if I want to include a, shall we say 'particular', part of the gameplay here. 

I hate to disappoint you guys, but I'm kind of a squeamish quiet prude.

I hope you don't make it so that your avatar is taking children back to his home to play halo or some such. Leave it ambitious if you want, but don't sterilize or castrate the idea. ride the controversy. I hope someone comes along and actually suggests this game may help child molesters by giving them a harmless outlet for their... whatever.

The truth is Melly, I haven't made up my mind on the outcome of Stage 2.  I have 6 weeks to worry about it though and I still plan to move forward with at least 80% of the game.

I'll fret about one thing at a time.

Lemme give you my take on this. This sort of game is always notable and tell us something about ourselves. It's cathartic, to some.

But i would not think any less of you if you find yourself unable to go on with it.
