Would it be possible for you to add a text chat to the game? It'd be nice to be able to communicate with everyone playing, and to your teammates. Plus with a game like this, it's always fun to see how other people react to the things that happen in the game even if it's something simple like them typing "lol" or whatever.

Also, how do I pin female characters in this game? It says to push a button, but which button?

Well, I'm unsure of the technical details, but I know that when we tried to implement chat in GG2 it made lag skyrocket, and we are already having some issues dealing with lag and desync as is in SCB, so I would worry that the addition of chat may make the game even more choppy and hard to play.

As for pinning female characters, I believe the button you are looking for is the spacebar, if you are a girl just press space once to sex another girl, and if you are a boy press space once to pick her up then space again to start doing it.

Alright thanks. Looks like your game is getting more popular. I'm seeing more and more people play it besides just TIGSource. Maybe soon, you'll have another hit like GG2 on your hands.

I don't even know what just happened there! 3 different people were sexing the blue lady, then the red lady was sexing the blue lady while the blue lady was running around, and It just gets worse from there. I blame lag.

sounds like a bad case of desync D:
it seems some update messages aren't optimized as well as they could be.. This could be fixed server side, but is it okay to update now that voting has started?

Indeed it is.

But I guess you'll have to contact Aquin if you want the update to be included in the download-all-zip he made.

Yeah, I'd be happy to update the zipfile.  Although by now, I'm sure everyone is digging through the entries.  It might be best to wait until after the compo... I dunno.

I gotta fix mine too.  Roll Eyes

It's okay to update while voting's going on, I think.

Even when there's no one it's still kinda fun. I was joining every newly hosted game, generally playing against a random "player", it's pretty fun to buttfuck them 3x in a row until they rage & close the game.

I know, lame, but with no chat it's not like we could teach them anyway Smiley

I also noticed that pretty much every noob fails at buttfucking, just like me no one understands that you have to crouch first.

Even worse, they learn that, and then try to crouch hump the girl when you're there capping her already instead of defending or autojerking. And that's in the fucking How To Play menu!

People never read how to play menus, and if they do, they forget everything they read the instant they close it. This is a game development fact.

You have to have the instructions pop up on the screen as you play. People won't read these either, so you also have to add pictographics and big arrows.

These will also be ignored.

Just tried playing...! I think 3 other people were online playing a game. It was pretty fun, but I didn't really know what I was doing. Smiley

I found the controls kind of confusing, I'll see if I can think up some suggestions on how that might be improved.

I guess I found it hard to remember which "joystick button" colors mapped to what input. (Left Mouse, Right Mouse, Space and Q..?)

So in the game when it would pop up saying "Push the Green Button!" I would have no idea what to do. It would be helpful if there was some way to view the button mapping in-game or if the pop-up help said explicitly which key/button to press.

People never read how to play menus, and if they do, they forget everything they read the instant they close it. This is a game development fact.

This is (sadly?) true, usually you have to design the game so that it is fairly self-explanatory.
