Depends on what you want, but there's a lot to choose from.

Forza Motorsport and Project Gotham Racing are both pretty decent if you're into realism.

But if, like me, you like an occasional distraction that is also *on fire*, I would recommend Burnout Paradise.

Actually, you know what?  You should just buy Burnout Paradise and ignore anything else that could possibly follow from this thread.   Well, hello there!
