Perhaps you could make the penis a bit harder to aim, or have a pump mechanic where you need to press a button to keep yourself charged?

Pretty cool start though.

The score doesn't reset between games.

Other than that, I agree with the main criticism that this needs more verity.  Mainly, it could do with more enemies.

Also, if you're changing the name, how about "Manfred Mann and the Invasion of the Mars Band"  :D

Even  though it was unintentional, I still like to imagine this game is about Manfred Mann getting tired of covering Bruce Springsteen songs and snapped and started going on a nude, sperm-blasting, woman-humping, rampage.

Yeah. I would enjoy this game more if there was a little more variety and the movement was less slippery. I only saw two enemies before I stopped playing so maybe there's more, but I would still like it if there was a little more to do/kill.

Thanks for the feedback, guys. I think I'll just call him Manfred Mansfield. That's not taken, right?

I've added two new enemies. One is a vagina dentata inspired monster that latches on to your penis and starts biting, draining your stamina. You have to rapidly press the right mouse button to shake him off. The second is a blue alien that hops across the screen causing small explosions when he hits the ground. He is also naked.

I've also added power ups. Virility pills make your junk 150% bigger, and your sperm 500% more powerful. Longshot pills make your sperm fire fast and far, much like machine gun bullets.

Women appear more frequently (as do enemies). They also give 5 times as many points during sex as they originally did. Also, showering them with semen is now not merely encouraged, but actually worth points.

It needs major balancing still, and other stuff, but I'll release a new demo soon.

Now known, tentatively, as Manfred Mansfield and the invasion of the alien men.
Here's a new demo with a bunch of percent more fun or something like that. Also, dick powers.
Here we go!

Note: as mentioned before, if the purple guys start biting, tap the right mouse button quickly till you've flung them off.

Edit: Bugs/problems abound, I'm sure. I've already found a couple since posting this all of 5 minutes ago. Let me know what you find.

I still get bored playing it, which is a bad sign, but I can't pinpoint why. I may add obstacles that force the player to jump around a bit or something. How about having the floor going at various angles, if it isn't too hard? Running downhill, uphill, and such.\


Also I have no idea why, but I had a picture in my head of the protagonist jumping through an office window and firing at aliens in business suits. Droop

I've been following your game.  You seem to be taking great steps into making the gameplay more varied.  I think the problem with boredom may be that, in the base gameplay, there isn't a lot the player can do that actually matters.

The game is set up so that it's a shooter, but movement is basically not used.  Movement of the player mostly consists of going to the right a little bit to adjust for getting knocked back.  You can jump, but there's not a lot of reason to.  When you do jump, it feels clumsy.  You can't evade enemies too well anyway via movement, due to the small playfield.  I think it also might be a hitbox thing: When I try to jump over the green dudes, they usually end up punching me when it looks like my legs are missing them completely.

Worse, the game is a shooter in which your aim really doesn't matter.  Since enemies also basically just move to the front of you from the right of the screen, you don't need to change dong angles/aim (henceforth to be known as dA).  The dA also doesn't need to be changed much because you have a perpetual spray, rather than a punctuated spurt or a quickly depleted spray.  You can basically just hold the mouse button down, which further makes it feel like the player's input doesn't matter that much.

In short, the player doesn't really have to maneuver and he doesn't really have to aim.


Suggestions:
- Make Mann spurt (-.O    ._-O    :._O) rather than spray (-----------), for about the same damage over time.  The powerups could temporarily give you back your continuous spray mode.
- Enemies that move to areas of the screen not directly in front of you, then charge up before attacking you.  Requires the player to adjust their aim to shoot them down before they get shot.
- Make the jump hitbox smaller.  Possibly give the jump some other function.  I think a spinning teabag stomp attack would add a lot to the artistic subtext of the game.

Alternatively, ignore everything I just typed and add more bosses per stage and a randomized appearance to the girl sprite.
