Being honest, I forgot I posted that! Any condolences in the fact the colours are changed a bit and so is the composition? :S

I'm diggin the warm colors in this. If you made the bg a dark orange and played some lapsteel, it'd be so tropical and relaxing.

Looking at some alternative color schemes with nes color restrictions for new levels. It's hard to find good combinations for certain level themes.

Looks really awesome and 'retro?'
The background tiles and how i think it's shadow cast by sun in the top left; breaks when they're randomly black in the middle. it's confusing.

Mono, I'd say the bottom one works better if only for the contrast against the lava. You want the player to see that danger right away.
