Been lingering for a few weeks now. First post.

This is a WIP mockup of a game i'm designing. Still working on it, especially some of the shadows. Some of the icons are placeholders and may not be in the final design.

Looks like we have a theme of blade-wielding dungeon critters!

This is an in-progress mockup of a twitter project I'm doing with @folmerkelly.  I'm currently working out ideas for how to represent units, easily differentiate between player and threats, and show what moves are legal without players having to count squares or other math-hammer nonsense.

First attempt at a metroidish thing. I decided to use the nes palette and the nes resolution, but not the colors per sprite limit. It was really annoying trying to get it to work with the limitations so I got rid of 'em. Opinions?
                                   EDIT: I'm a retard and forgot to say that Surt made these tiles, and they are placeholder until I can make my own. Sorry if I came off as a  claiming they were my own. I only really made the character.
