I was working on this neon-glow shader, turned out pretty good, but don't know what I could do with this. Was thinking about a fixed camera rail-shooter.

I immediately thought of some sort of cyber surfing game.
Like actually riding along that shit in some form of vehicle or something

I actually like that idea, like SSX snowboard games but with this cyber-neon style.  Beer! Hand Money Right Hand Money Right Hand Money Right

Maybe a WipeOut style game like the good old ones on PSX

this has been an ongoing side project for the last bit, programming isn't looking so great but I like the art direction. I also don't have any real concept of the storyline/game type... also don't know how I want to incorporate the talking system, I like the idea of the larger portraits but don't know exactly how the interface will look with them/what the interface even looks like.

More work on the pixelshader! Here're some animated Gifs of it swapping through the options.

And some isometric examples...

Enjoy!

Mini-rogue mockup: (inspired by 'Tale of the Stolen Rainbow' - Devlog)

Does this style work or not?

Works okay -- Imo it'd be a ton more readable if you put the solid line on the _top_ of each brick tile, instead of the bottom, though. (Recedes into/connects to the ground, is a solid structure at the top with boundaries)

Hey all of you. I'm new here. I'm glad to discover so many great pixel artwork from differents style.
I will post some of mine soon to have your opinion and being advised by the pros about it which would be so great. But first of all I have to find it back from my HDD's deepest directories.

Oh and I must say I'm french so please excuse my bad english sometimes Wink
