Mockup for a 1 button game.

Plane and general aesthetic inspired (stolen) by Gib's piece further back in this thread, with permission.

Finally getting back to this game. Here is a new mockup, representing the actual game screen. Any crits are very much appreciated.

Carrion, If the shit that happened wasn't an even more awesome and interesting mockup I can't imagine what happened... So much interesting elements and questions to be found in the image. That one cloud...

Just touched up an old mockup of mine: Maddox the Mustached Mint!

That's really cool! I like the slick simple colors, though the mint just reads as kind of a marshmellow with a mustache - the eyes don't really stick out, and there's a lot of shading on it to be a mint (which is usually flat, right?). Anyway, great style!

@Carrion - That is indeed quite detailed and a little creepy. Nice art, all the same.

@DanFessler - I like that slick vector style you've got going. Nice work!

Thanks! Yeah the mint kinda felt too flat, which is why I added that shading. Now I jsut think of it as one of those minty pieces of gum Smiley

Pre-prototyping an idea for some sort of destructible/constructable environment game.  -living by the philosophy that if you can't get it to make sense with a photoshop mockup then you shouldn't try prototyping it yet.  It's pretty messy.



I would love to see a 2d monsterhunter-style game in this style.
