- It's removed from ALL App Stores around the world
- Mobigame didn't did it, I still don't know if Apple did it on their own or if Langdell yelled to loud at them

Seriously, when is the IGDA going to step in?
Apart from Langdell himself and his mobster-like attorney friend Buscaglia, there's a 100% consensus going against Langdell and his actions. It's been established with research, facts and hard questions that remained unanswered that this is all a giant SCAM. Young indies are refused the right to be succesful because of it. There is no excuse for the IGDA not to step in and cut the bullshit now.
What more can be said on that topic?! Right now I want to puke hard (in Tim Langdell's mouth).

Ouch. At least people who already bought the game can still play it, right? Or does pulling a title from the App Store disable it on all phones that already have it installed?
Just goes to show how horribly lopsided modern IP law is. The legal system is carefully designed in order to route money from the little guy to the big companies, with a small portion going to the government for their services. In cases like this, the bigger companies don't even have to go to much effort to completely deprive indies of their revenue stream - it costs you more to defend yourself against trolling like this than it costs them to abuse you. Grand, isn't it?
