Uhm, this is my first game. Hoorah!

It is a bit silly and pointless.  Smiley Wander around and find friends with weird personalities.

Download (about 3mb)

Windows only, sorry.  Sad

Amazing! Some of the descriptions actually had me laughing out loud. So many more friends to be found.

I like the art style a lot, and the music fits perfectly.

This game fills me with such indescribable glee.  It reminds me of Knytt Stories, except this is friendlier.

I like the simple looking characters and that it's all blue. Beyond that, it doesn't really do anything for me. I don't really care much to find all friends as I don't know how to unlock them, and I don't care enough to find out. And "collect them all!" is not a motivation that works for me if the act of collecting is no fun. But hey, this is your first game. I'm looking forward to what you'll do next! Maybe try more interactivity next time?

Haha, definitely a nice excuse for some hilarious character design.  And it's definitely successful in that; the style seems to work pretty well too; it's consistent, and that's a huge plus in its favor.  Smiley

The art design kicks ass. In-jokes and friend trivia was awesome. It's reeaaaallly cute. Kiss

Gameplay was 'too repetative', duh, and I couldn't figure out the algorithm, only some patterns, and complete-searching the thing was out of the question.

Never the less I struggled and found all but 68 and 70, fgsfds, closing.

Have some fanart Huh?:

Hehe that's fair enough.  Smiley It's a bit weird so not for everyone - not as much of a game as other games. Thanks for the feedback!  Grin

OMG that's awesome!  Kiss

To be honest, I could only get 70/72 without 'cheating'.  Grin I find it geekily interesting that people miss different ones! (It is possible to get them all though. Eventually I'll write a FAQ for people who get stuck and want the last two or three they're missing.)

You need to implement a turbo feature. The game's too slow when you're trying to find that ∞th friend for the ∞th time.

Haha, Mr. V was a nice surprise Grin

I basically just wandered around picking up friends until I had 40 or so; then I tried a few patterns - beyond that I couldn't work out any overall logic so I didn't get much further than 60 or so.

I absolutely love the character designs and the party room! Beer!

I must say, this game was adorable in every way. The music was fitting along with the graphics and little bios on each character.

Really, I loved this. It's just cute. One thing that made me laugh quite hard was the ratings, like rating characters by "Haircut" and whatnot.
