I think I want to do the art...but I'm not entirely sure I can commit.  If this isn't going to start for a while, I think I'll get a head start on the graphics.

Sign me up as an artist Grin. If we don't have enough programmers to match up I can program too but spriting is more my forte.

EDIT: Hmm wait. Are the sprites animated? Or is it going to be a single sprite that never moves a la spiderweb software?

Single (non-animated) sprites should be fine (especially since it's top down perspective).

Uhm... what kind of game should it be? I mean, a programmer who made a platformer could end up with an artist that made top-down RPG characters.
