This would explain why permission was denied for Indie Brawl. I was just about to say... Well, anyway, if that's what the creators want to do with their game, then more power to 'em. They deserve to profit from their hard work.

I hope a whole bunch of people buy this game and think it's going to be easy.
That would be fun.

Yeah, I can't imagine a game like this selling well. Metroid and Kid Icarus are easier.

I wonder if they'll be able to keep the 'prize' for Hell Temple in.

Wow, that's nice. But, if I were them, I'd make it a lot easier and only include the original difficulty as some kind of hardcore mode. I was unable to progress for the most part without at least some guide, and really got tired of constantly having to check DeceasedCrab's "Let's play.." to get along. I understand that I'm not "hardcore" enough, but oh how much I'd like to play some kind of "Reasonable Difficulty Edition" of it..

I've been playing a lot of original Metroid lately and am actually kinda looking forward to another hardcore platformer! I'm gonna have to bug Tyrone and see what they've got planned...

I love you nintendo. I love la mulana, I love it so much. But if they freaking butcher the msx graphics, I will kill them. So much. I will kill them so much.

See, I wouldn't mind seeing some new graphics. I like the blocky MSX graphics, but seeing all the awesome environments transferred to HD graphics would be sweet.

As always, it's good to see this. But I hope it keeps the graphics. It just wouldn't be the same without MSX graphics. And if they did something like making it easier or friendly, that would just suck.
What I wonder is if they won't have any copyright problems, 'cause of the ROMs and stuff.
