The game is great, I like this game. Never think otherwise!

But damn he even moves like  Cave Story. Couldn't he be heavier or lighter or faster or aaarrrg.

Try playing Cave Story again while TU is fresh in your memory. You'll see that TU is much faster and Cave Story is floaty.

Even for your RAP?

EDIT:  It's weird, now that you mention it I remember you talking about the switch to pxtone.  But you recreated the music so well!  Even the Mellotron is intact.  Did you sample the original sounds?  Or am I getting senile?

some of the sounds are sampled, like the mellotron, and some of the tones i couldn't recreate in ptvoice or whatever it's called. eventually though, i realized that it wasn't really necessary to have my pxtone files sound EXACTLY like the original music, so instead of meticulously making samples for each of the instruments in the song, i just decided to use the voices that come with ptcollage.

The music in the area before Boopee is really unpleasant, but otherwise an awesome game!

In the route 66, there's a certain part where the harmony goes really off, but otherwise I like it. I can't describe the exact place where the deharmony begins, but it should be pretty obvious to be heard anyway.

Ok, I have played through the entire preview now and I only have one major complaint; the pipe puzzle(before the pit). It took me more than an hour to realize that it wasn't in rout 66 or even the town that I was supposed to do something. Some hint about where you are supposed to go would definently be nice, at least that's what I think, and if the rest of the game hadn't been so awsome I would probably never have finished it.

Other than that, the game slowed down in a room with many of those bears on wheels or whatever they are, but that's certainly due to my crappy computer. And the game is quite challenging and at times a bit frustrating, but I think it's nice. It seemed definitely not too hard to me.

On a side note, it would be nice with some introduction or documentation of the level editor. Or have I missed it? And please, finish this soon!
