Jo Chen's work on Runaways was really nice.

So was Adrian Alphona's.

Alphona has a very nice style in general. I love the way he draws hair.

I like Dan Kim's ability to convey/imply form with limited color palettes (usually just black and white)

Our very own Kinnas has a very distinguishable art style. Easily my favorite artist on TIGS.

Oh man I love that runaways art I'm going to have to read that.

I've always liked the art in wasteland a lot, both the colors and the inking...

Oh man I love that runaways art I'm going to have to read that.

Easily one of my top three favorite comics of all time (The other two are The Sandman and Watchmen). Written by Brian K. Vaughan (Y: The Last Man, Deus Ex), it's about a group of kids who discover that their parents are psychotic mass murderers and super villains. The writing is witty, it's snappy, and the art is fantastic. You can see Alphona's improvement over the course of the first two 'seasons'. After the second season, Alphona and Vaughan leave the project, and Joss Whedon takes over. Whedon's run was good, but not great. However, don't read ANY OF THE COMICS PAST WHEDON'S RUN; THEY ARE THE WORST. JUST THE WORST.

Example:
Runaways Season 1

Runaways Season 2

Runaways Season 3

Runaways Season 4

FUCK THAT SHIT I WANT ALPHONA BACK
