PENI CORPORATION NEEDS YOU

Do you have what it takes to create the hottest game on the market with the latest technology in controllers? PNI Sensor Corporation, developer of Spacepoint Fusion, the revolutionary new high performance motion-tracking controller, is holding its first ever 48-hour game building marathon,  Spacepoint Fusion GAME JAM.  It will be held Friday, November 6 through Sunday, November 8 at PNI’s headquarters in Santa Rosa, California.
Game developers from all backgrounds are invited to participate in the competition to create the best new gaming concept using PNI’s Spacepoint Fusion and the UNITY game development platform. This includes students, hobbyists, industry hopefuls, and insiders interested in experimenting with this revolutionary new controller technology.

SpacePoint Fusion is the first developmental module that enables the creation of controllers with true, 360 degree pointing accuracy and full-range-of-motion tracking with no perceivable lag-time -- elements that create an unbeatably accurate interface for high-speed gaming.  With PNI’s innovative new SpacePoint technology inside controllers, developers have the ability to provide exact and instantaneous pointing/posture references and extraordinary motion control giving gamers the best total-immersion experience. By partnering with Unity, developers will be able to utilize the simple, visual and intuitive nature of the Unity Pro game engine to quickly create new types of games and new ways to play.

For further information about PNI’s SpacePoint Fusion GAME JAM or other sensor solutions, check our website at www.pnicorp.com or email gamejam@pnicorp.com.

About PNI Sensor Corporation: PNI Sensor Corporation revolutionized compass technology market in the early 1990s, releasing the first electronic vehicle compass, the first fully electronic compass sensor module and the first handheld electronic compass. The company’s proprietary magneto-inductive sensor technology drives over 90% of the compasses on the market and is the prevailing compass technology for GM, Ford and Chrysler vehicles. PNI orientation sensor modules are used in high-end oceanographic equipment and by leading robotics manufacturers (iRobot, QinetiQ North America/Foster-Miller) in their remote-operated and autonomous robots and robotic vehicles.

This implies the non-Pro version of Unity won't do. Is that the case?

"Do you have what it takes to create the hottest game on the market with the latest technology in controllers?"

This sentence makes me vomit.
