Are the monsters supposed to chase you like in ski free? because mine just stood still next to the trees. You should also add in some rainbow colored ramps and a snowboarder guy.

They won't chase you in this version. They will, though.

Pretty cool. I crashed constantly. I wish when I hit A or D it would turn all the way to the 45 degrees in that direction without having to go to center first. Startup/restart should be a lot faster if only for this demo.

is your game going to be a almost perfect replica of ski free with more monsters?

because if that the case i can provide more feedback.

everything is too big.
you move too fast.
i not liking the machine gun shooting. it makes it too easy unless the ammo gets stuck on the trees.

but apart from that that the graphics are pretty accurate and the blood is awesome. you better make a full version with people, ramps, tricks and moving monsters.

A NEW VERSION HAS ARRIVED - V 0.2

If you care about what's in this one, here's a quick list:

  • Ski jumping!
  • Adjustable difficulty!
  • A menu!
  • Selectable control modes!
  • Sound! (no music yet)



@tim_the_tam: It's not going to be a perfect replica - it's more intended to be the playable mashup of SkiFree, that James Bond on skis scene, and a good dose of movie badassery. Still, handy feedback. Most of those things are fixed now  Wink

Darnit - There goes my dream of making Ski Free RPG.
