Just bought it, and I have to say that purchasing this via Fastspring was very quick and convenient. This is what e-shopping is all about
This also marks as the first indie game I've bought online (I turned 18 only about a year ago and it took me quite a while to figure out how to pay online globally with my Visa Electron, turns out you had to check this "Enable e-buying" checkbox deep hidden in the settings panel of the webbank).
I know this part would probably go better to that indie piracy thread, but one reason I've never bothered to pirate indie games because finding them would be a pain in the ass. Though since I was underage until recently, it ended up with me not playing full versions of commercial indie games at all, which was quite unfortunate. Now that I have the capability of paying at ease, I'll be finally able to play all those indie games I've wanted to. Hopefully the buying will be equally painless and convenient in their case.
Now, onto the game itself, so far so good. Currently dying on Veni Vidi Vici. It's pretty annoying though that the worst enemy in this game is the framerate - combined with the slippery physics it makes for quite annoying situations at times. To make matters worse, the game slows down even more if I maximize it on windowed mode (running on a 1920x1200 screen). Fullscreen is not an option due to the extreme blurring it causes. Now I pretty much play it in a small window using Windows 7 magnifier to make it "fullscreen" in order to have the best framerate as possible while filling the screen. Works quite well, but quite inconvenient when you want to do something else.
Anyway, guess I'll get back to the game now.
