I was gonna post the Tim Langdell one on Troll Tim Langdell Day, but when I looked at my drawing afterwards it looked more like George Lucas, and there isn't a Troll George Lucas Day... yet.

Big Boys(16x16):

Cthulu, Zeus, Giant(Hill, Fire, Cyclops), Hydra, Dragon(Basic, Welsh), UltraMegaScoprian, Giraffe, Elephant, Manticore.

I'm done with creatures now unless anyone has any requests. On to tiles and items now.

Hey, I've been playing around with some mock-ups using the 8x4 tiles, and I've noticed a possible problem - the wall tile completely covers the floor tile in the row above it, making it hard to see the walkable spaces in a room. Maybe you've already spotted this, just flagging it up if not.

Nice work, Oddball. Here's what I have been using it for in my experiment for the game. Smiley Still a few more things to do (tweaking light shaders and adding depth for one thing)... but it's a start!

Ok it looks like I ran out of time with this. Here's what I got done. Hope I've not let anyone down.

Font (8x8)

0-15 pallete, 16-31 cursors, 32-255 extended ascii, 256+ misc. icons.

Characters (8x8)

bosses (16x16)

Tiles (8x12)

Items (8x8)

And the whole lot zipped and ready to download.

Cool sprite sheets! I'm gonna use these in combination with Oryx's sprites in my game, Dungeon Demons! (see my signature below)...  My Word! <-- Great emoticon!

I use Game Maker a lot, and am working on a NetHack- inspired project called 'Dungeon Demons'. I will be putting up a sub-site for it... When I've got my main site remade!

I'm getting a lot of requests for permission to use these sprites in peoples projects so I've added a license to the first post. To be clear they are free to use in any non-commercial capacity as long as I am credited. You only need to contact me if your venture is a commercial one, however a post here if you use the non-commercial license would be nice. Thanks and enjoy.

Thank you so much for making the sprites and making them available for people outside the Assemblee competition. They're awesome!

I made a game using them (and Oryx's sprites as well): http://www.kloonigames.com/blog/games/mazeofspace

Your welcome. Glad you found some use for them. I spotted your game over at the indie games blog earlier. Pretty interesting aesthetic, I liked it.

I'm using them in my current project. I've also increased the set dramatically which I'll hopefully be releasing at the same time as the game.

Hey, you don't know me but I was wondering what the cost of using these sprites in an iPad/iPhone game I am working on?  I am a one man band right now so I am definitely indie.  Thanks for your consideration.......
