I don't plan on doing any graphics for this compo, though I've got music. One track for now.

All tunes that I make are meant to loop unless otherwise specified. I might make an opening and loop segment if I make tunes that don't loop at the start.

First up ~ An epic final boss theme.  Evil

Second tune ~ Corruption - A Twisted Boss Theme

I wonder how the folks here like my tunes? I haven't heard from anyone yet...

I've got a second tune up and running. Unlike the first, which is meant to be an epic final boss theme, this one is for your more corrupt or twisted boss battles.  Evil

No replies yet? I shall change this!

Track 1: I really like the choice of instruments, very threatening. The main strings sound like they've been run through a pretty tight flanger, makes them sound quite disturbing. Smiley The sawtooth bass later on is a great match for them too. What I'm a bit torn about is your use of dissonance - I'm quite sure it's very much intended and it does serve its purpose of creating a menacing atmosphere, but it still feels a tad overdone at some points. Just my two cents, though. Wink

Track 2: Quite similar in style to the first track and very, very diverse - mostly quite adequate for a battle theme, but later on sometimes too minimalistic to be suitable any longer. The part from 7:00 on is breathtaking - what's with the little break right before, though? This part is definitely not a battle anymore, this is almost Castlevania corridor style, wrenched through a psychedelizer. :D

Nice stuff, all in all, very experimental!
