You are awesome, Mr. Oryx. I will be using this wonderful collection in my game, certainly. I hope it won't take too long for Part 2 to begin; I can't wait to begin coding.

Is everything all bundled up in a nice looking zip?  I assume that it's been updated although I haven't checked.  I suppose the deadline is tomorrow!  Oh no!

Uummm... Do you have water + shorelines in the tileset?  I suppose it doesn't really matter.  It looks great as it is!  Smiley

yeah everything is all zipped up nicely - there are 2 frame animated water tiles (deep, shallow) and multiple terrain types that you could use as shore (sand). I kept it really really simple with just square terrain tiles, and didn't do any more complicated directional or corner pieces or anything (except for the topdown walls, there are different vertical and horizontal pieces if you want to use them).

Well I got my game design all drafted on paper and I'm pretty sure I can't even use half the tiles you've given me!  Tongue

Actually this may seem like a strange request...but can you create a hexagon or an octagon that takes up 4 tiles maybe?  Actually this is probably just me being silly.   I should instead spend time checking the music/sound threads to find some Oryxy appropriate stuff.

Really, I'm just waiting for the flag to drop so I can get started!

In what style? do you want terrain in it? or just an outline? color?

Heh, it's okay.  I think I'm allowed to draw some primitives according to the rules so I shouldn't worry so much.  Of course, I probably won't get this game done within the deadline anyway.  It's a bit tough to do that kinda thing around the holiday season.
