Hi there everyone, if this is not the proper forum for game music feedback as well as game feedback please let me know! As I mentioned in the introductions thread, my name is Jared Cowing, I'm a film/game composer always trying to meet new people and learn more about the different sides of the game development process. I recently completed a new original taking on an exotic/island style, it starts chilly and majestic before warming up as the character sets off on adventure! I was looking for impressions/feedback on the music. I hope you like it! You can find it here: http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/280700

While I'm typing I thought I'd mention another project I just premiered recently, it's a video-game themed work involving a narrator and musical ensemble that depict a character's search for magic. You can find the first part here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BGHHlHkLkmw

If you like what you hear and are curious what I'm about I have a demo reel located here with clips of other past works in styles ranging from funk to cinematic to jazz to classical: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=igNOUgmHkJ0

Feedback much appreciated, and thanks for listening!

I guess the usual place where people post music pieces is the "audio" -subforum. Anyway, it's so late that I can't listen to these pieces, but I congratulate you for the fact that you made an introduction post before posting! Most manbabies miss this entirely. Smiley Welome!

I think you're right, somehow I missed that there was an audio forum! I will re-post this there instead. Thanks!
