I'm an illustrator/cartoonist by trade - and I
would like to do some graphics for this - but
OH WELL, I went and made some silly music!
'Cause it's fun.
I have six tracks so far, all made amateurishly with Sound Club. They all loop, and aren't too long. I like them.
MUSIC#1 -
"Tipple's First Day" - Quiet and loud. Cute and annoying. While making this, I was picturing a cat working in a lab surrounded by phones. Are those fucking mice making prank calls?
#2 - "
Clap For TurdFace!" - This track runs right past you before you even realise you've pressed play. It's in a hurry, but it ran so fast that it missed hearing the tale of the hare and the tortoise.
#3 - "
Phew I Need Some Ice Tea" - Short and simple, something industrial? Made entirely out of HiHat sounds. Working in a factory is hard and you should never be afraid to ask questions. Don't lose a finger or get a steel rod in your face.
#4 - "
Nut-Beast Does a Slap Dance" - Short and even simpler, this is made with a single instrument and yet it's like watching a great community of squirrels run about taking big bitey chomps out of wooden pencils.
#5 - "
Oops, dropped the eggs." - Short, short, short, but sweet. Kitchen-inspired.
#6 - "
Snake in the Studio" - You are in the studio. There is a snake. What do you want to do?
I hope you enjoy them. I would be thrilled to see these used, and even more thrilled to see them used in a really imaginative way!
Thanks a big old bunch,
Rebecca
