TF2 + Roguelike

Choose a class, make your way through a randomly generated map to retrieve the Amulet of Enemy Intelligence and bring it back home safely.

Kirby + Katamari Damacy

You enter the story shortly after Kirby has been adopted by The King of All Cosmos. You are now tasked with recreating the stars in the sky.
You travel between worlds and eat anything you can set your sights on until you've completely swallowed the world. The unforeseen consequence of this unfortunately is that you end up forming new super-dense black holes in your mouth which you spit out where the world used to be. Waaagh!
You spend the next 8 billion years travelling the universe crushing worlds in your mighty mouth leaving behind you only pitch blackness.

Why would you do such a thing?

Katamari Damacy + Tron Light Cycles

You can initially collide with short walls (walls are disjointed at each turn), which makes you bigger and able to collide with larger walls.  However you still cannot collide with your own walls.

Children's card games on motorcycles!

Collectible Card Game + Action RPG Platformer

Each level consists of an array of cards; collect cards that you can swap into the environment to change it and solve puzzles. An example would be, "Yo, I need a ladder. I'm going to check my expansive deck of looted cards. Awww yeah, there it is," and then a ladder is placed where once one was not, providing a new path to a realm of enlightenment.

Action RPG Platformer + Historical Pirate Simulator

You play as a swashbuckling pirate who is picked up by a strange ship after drifting at sea on a chunk of your former boat. You must jump around the different decks of the boat, up and down the rigging, swinging on ropes, all while battling the crew on your way to taking over the boat. Start with a rusty scimitar, but you can get a musket and other weapons in time.

Eventually you command the ship and this opens up the world exploration / sailing dynamic. You go on to ambush other vessels, trade, and enjoy political intrigue / romance elements.

This is fun. Coffee

Historical Pirate Simulator + Racing Game

You need to race to reach atlantis first to get your dirty hands on all its treasures. To do so you need to race against other pirate ships on the seven seas (=course), pimping your ship in the habours.

Fighter + Pong

Combat takes the form of deflecting a ball-shaped punch. Miss it and you get punched. There are also kick balls and special combo balls that come flying at you.

Pong + Monopoly

Up to four players control a paddle at each side of the board, and choose one game piece.  Unattended sides are controlled by the "Relator" (CPU who never buys anything).  The game pieces are bounced around in the middle of the board, and if they touch a property, they land on it and stay.  Players use their paddles to block or not block the other players' pieces from landing on the properties at the borders.  Pong mode continues until all pieces have landed on a tile, then Monopoly rules kick in for purchase, rent, community chest, chance, jail, etc.  After each player has had their Monopoly mode turn the board is rotated 90 degrees, the pieces reset to the center of the player's paddles, and pong mode begins again.

House Rules Mod: Any fees go in the center of the board, which adds a brickout element to the game during "pong" mode.  Players get to keep the "money bricks" they break.

Monopoly + Rollercoaster Tycoon

Buy up properties around the world, compete with other players to develop your park so you can charge higher prices of admission and drive your competitors out of business.

Rollercoaster Tycoon + Indie Game: The Movie

Collect IDEs, engines such as Ogmo Editor, resources such as sprites, BGMs, and code snippets, and use them to create a variety of entertaining indie gaming experiences. Build your relationships and reputation with other developers, then team up for medium-scale projects to enter and conquer IGF, or mash them together in LD48s (Ludum Dare 48-second challenges!) and other similar competitions.

You know, once you've rescued them from The Indie Game Legend and all... do I smell caviar?
