Civilization Simulator + Dating Sim
Build a more sexy empire than the other provinces while gaining a ridiculously large amount of concubines, steal the enemies girls and watch as your oppositions empire crumbles in depression and loneliness. Also throw orgies to get relationship points with multiple wives at once.

Dating Sim + Maze
Navigate a metaphysical maze in which each turn or fork in the path represents a relationship decision. Your 'date' enters the maze from a different point, so your goals are to make compatible choices (so you meet in the maze) and then negotiate your exit together. Mobs take the form of other suitors who can distract or mislead your 'date'.

Maze + RTS
Vanilla C&C game, but every map is a maze. I think this would eventually converge into something like multiplayer tower defence, only with resource management.

The way this works is you take The Second Genre or Game Type from the Last Post and then + it with a New/Different Genre or Game Type.

I'll continue from Trystin.
Romance + Strategy Management
Listen and follow couple's romances to see what they like and as a mayor, make your city the most romantic city of 'em all. Build fake star skies, make lakes, place restaurants with ambient music and much more. But be carefull - don't let desperate and heartbroken scare those in love away from your city!

Rougelike is not a real genre so I retconned those posts out of the continuity.

Strategy Management + GIRP
Each key on your keyboard represents a building with a unique need. Tap that building to satisfy the needs of that building, but be careful about the side effects of satisfying each building. For example tapping on a frat house might create noise disturbances, tapping on a fast food restaurant might lead to more litter in the surrounding area, etc.

GIRP + QWOP
You thought grabbing cliffsides and running the 40-yard dash were bad, wait 'til you have to control each and every body part with a specific key. Pray you're not using a PS/2 keyboard.

Learn how to touch-type by controlling each muscle and tendon in a pair of virtual hands on a virtual keyboard... with keyboard keys that have no correlation with the virtual keys you're trying to press.

JRPG + Cover Shooter
You are BulletSponge, a giant gun-armed dragon-winged effeminate transforming-mecha amnesiac with a tragic misremembered past and soon to be dead love interest.
You must select the two most talkative party members for a given situation to survive the Campaign and Online Competitive modes by taking cover behind the blue boxes of poorly translated text that spring forth in response to the otherwise oblivious NPCs.
Watch out! Not even your guardian MacGuffin forces can save you from the rookie mistake of repeatedly pressing the [Talk / Skip-Text] button one too many times and being trapped in a lengthy word loop -- you're sure to get a tank-sized rolling chain-saw/shotgun-sword/laser to the mecha-face by some racist noob.
When the combat gets tough you can relax with an in-game mini-game: S-Class Card Collector Extreme Where you head-butt foes to trade cards that have been lodged in your spiky hairdos during the course of battle.
To ensure the playing field is level internationally the final Japanese version will be re-translated from the English port by Google translate.
