That would actually do pretty well in the eroge games / visual-novels market. It would probably be a welcome additional mechanic (if it's not already being employed).
What I find odd is the aversion to nudity in the US markets: Make a AAA game where you murder entire races of people (or aliens) and it's fine, but make a game where you snap nude pics of unsuspecting women and folks would be outraged. I can hear it now, "Stalker Porn", "Rape Simulator!"
It would be interesting to see the game take place somewhere in Africa where folks walk around mostly nude and don't give a damn if you see their genitalia -- The game totally breaks down when folks are OK with the fact that humans have reproductive organs...
