It helps to start stupid threads in the general forum. Be sure to keep things short and vague so that other people can redirect the conversation to things they want to talk about. Hopefully they will be vague too, and then you can respond and maybe troll them or perhaps give a snarky one-liner. One liners are good.

Oh yeah don't proofread or consider what you want to say too much either. And if you think of something to say after you hit post, just reply to yourself! But remember to keep it short. A good rule is to make sure your identity in the side bar takes up more vertical space than your content.

Yeah do this too. Also if you agree with someone on a thread, and don't have anything to contribute but your agreement, you shouldn't feel like that's not reason enough to post. There are a lot of synonyms for affirmation, so you can try out different ones in different threads. Classics like "Yes!" or "^^This" earn you as many post-points as a long and well-composed diatribe. |
