Well, I just got my "Dear John" letter. Guess if you don't recieve a notice of rejection about now, it means you're in the final rounds of deliberations. Good for you.
As for me, I think I'm gonna try and find a nice relatively painless way to commit suicide. You're supposed to heat the blades before you cut, right?

i'd think if you heated the blades it would cauterize the wound and you wouldn't bleed as much. go ice cold!

Look on the bright side, we made awesome games and now we can release them. Sucks not to be picked but others may have a lot of fun with your game and you dont have to check your mail 200 times a day anymore.

The thing that really sucks, frankly, is due to the sheer number of submissions, there's less of a chance non-selected works will be recognized. Back when it was 5 out of 20, at least the other 15 had a decent chance of being played by people checking out all the submissions. But 150? Forget about it.

I feel like enough of a failure already. Dude, there were >150 submissions and GAMMA can only show like 5, so obviously some really great stuff is not going to make it.
