Excellent. I look forward to your game then. Good on you purposefully using assets that aren't being used much.  Smiley Hand Thumbs Up Right

And plenty of jrhill's other tiles interest me too. In fact I liked them so much I put TILES in capitals on my maybe list.

I know. I was subtly implying that you should take these fine assets and put them to good use. Wink

I'm using some of jrhill's stuff (not much at the moment, though), although I like rhysd's stuff too. I'll almost certainly end up using one set or the other, but possibly not both.

I really want to see a game with these things:
http://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=9461.0

And also someone needs to make a game about this guy!!

Oh and I understand why my turtles aren't being used, cause there aren't that many actions for them like pushing/pulling etc.  You could make like, turtle pinball, and have the turtle walk up then hide in its shell and then play pinball with the shell.  I dunno, I'm just thinking out loud.

This is all I want for Christmas.

I second meadowsweet's stuff. Futurecop is so awesome, and those backgrounds need more use. I'd also like to see im9today's stuff used in a game, too:

Also, Arne's Giraffe Stormtrooper:

Finally, AdamButcher's creatures are awesome.

awesome!
i was planning on using quite a few of those tiles in my game. im9today's tiles, rhysd's tiles and even that crazy duck-bite-guy.
unfortunately, i don't have access to my computer until the 23rd, and then there's the distraction of xmas - so it might be close to the deadline before any of it surfaces.

i'm really gonna be racing to finish!! Smiley

The problem with isometric tiles is that there aren't many isometric characters at all... Maybe you're just going to be an isometric box moving around. Grin

These should definitely get used, they are great!

I'm getting a huge FF-like battle screen vibe from those sprites.

The only problem is to find a font that fits the numbers and stuff

You could try to make the game with no dialog at all, sort of like a Tamagotchi RPG or something.

I second this motion.
And more 3D games. Unity is good for this.

I'd also like to see my assets get used at some point...

I have found two bombs so far, one by amidos2006 and one by can-o-spam:
