Seriously, if TIGsource was run as a democracy, it'd be crap. I'm all for freedom and stuff when it comes to running a country, but an internet forum? No.

A well regulated Membership being necessary to the security of a free Forum, the right of the moderators to keep and bear the Banhammer shall not be infringed.

Anyway, I suggest we use this thread to talk about something more interesting, such as comparing favourite Star Trek moments. I like that episode of DS9 where they go back in time to the original series, and they edit in a bunch of old footage. Classic.

Silencing someone for voicing their opinion is immoral, and bad for the human race as a whole.

Right. Let's not forget about rape, murder, and just about every other crime out there.

With all due honesty, you're really upset. I'm pretty sure everyone here understands that (I do not speak for everyone in reality though, sorry),  however, it does not give you free reign to have an ego that'd pale in comparison to the Earth, constantly shooting down everyone's opinions like a blind man with a machine gun.

By the way, I'd consider acting like a douche-bag to be un-American as well, but what do I know, I'm a Canadian.

If I ever get the chance to try your game, I honestly will, and I will post my opinion on it, but I seriously expect the same response that you've given everyone else: childish denial.

Think back to Grade 1.

You don't have "rights".
You have "rights and responsibilities".

You have a right to free speech.
You have a responsibility not to be an unconstructive waste of bandwidth.

...also, this is the internet. You have no rights.

You have a right to free speech, but no one has an obligation to provide you a venue. You probably wouldn't be thrilled about a crazy guy ranting in your living room either, though I guess that's basically the state it's in now.

Super Joe was banned because he couldn't finish PIGScene Legends within his three months of TIGSource membership.

To be more accurate, he was the guy who created Cavestory, La Mulana, Iji and Spelunky. Yes, Derek stole his game after he banned him.

He also composed the FEZ soundtrack.
