I am looking for a serious programmer looking to tap into his/her creative juices and awe inspiring talent to aid in the creation of an MMORPG Crafting System.

I need a talented and passionate person who cares as much about the project as the check.

We have a limited budget, so please, don't contact me asking for a crazy hourly rate. If you can't work out of my office in Cincinnati, you will be paid based on the agreed upon price for the project.

Must be serious, must follow through and must have examples of similar work completed in the past.

Is there a particular coding or scripting language being used? (I can't commit to this but the answer to might save you some time in your search)
