Looking for a super star UI artist for an upcoming mobile RPG!

The idea I have for the battle interface will be similar to this: http://www.deviantart.com/art/UI-Battle-scene-261712118

There IS a small budget for this! (I'm an indie developer but I do like to try and give what I can).

I'll also of course need the standard stuff like a stats screen for the characters and some icons. If interested please message me here or at [email protected], thanks!
