I think ring out should only decrease your HP.

i think that's actually a really good idea.  but we still have the problems of mechanics of fighting.

I think that was pretty much unavoidable. Even before I made the sprite, every time I used the attack a little voice in the back of my head screamed phallus attack!

I hate that little voice.

Just posting to let you know about some changes to Naija's moves in the latest demo:
-Flipper Kick gives Naija more momentum.
-Beast Charge has a longer warm up period.
-Naija can control her movement while using Flipper Sweep.
-Flipper Sweep has a set amount of knockback, allowing it to easily combo into a Flipper Kick or Beast Charge.
-Naija can change the direction of her Beast Charge at the last minute.
-Naija can control her movement while using whirlpool.
-Spike Seeds now have graphics and animation.

Let me know what you think.

I'd just like to point out that Naija needs one more sprite. If one of our spriters could take a break from the other characters to do that, we could say we'd completed our first character, which would be just swell. Grin

Don't think so, but she's in pretty good shape. Everyone got bored of refining and left to make new things, I suppose.

Also, the character portrait? Impossibly Cute. Quote's too. Well done to [Oracle, I presume?]!
