The OWL from OWL COUNTRY. that should be a final boss. This or a tophat and monocle type character. EDIT: Don't want to double post; how many characters will there be total?

The fight starts out against a gentleman, complete with tophat and monocle. But then after you defeat him he malfunctions and you find out he's a robot. Then you have to fight his (awesome) robot form. He now shoots lasers. Then, after you beat that form it explodes, and a bunch of pigeons fly out. Then The OWL steps forward from the shadows and casts aside the remote control (tigs joystick) with which he was controlling the gentleman.
This is the final boss.

I think the Armadillo Ball is probably the ugliest character ever put into an indie game, and that a reskin of it would make the first impression of the game a lot better.

Horribly true! :D Still, I honestly think it could make a great brawl character seeing how armadillos have some really freaky natural abilities.

The sexy hiker should not have moves, and should play just like he does in the original game, except he can double jump and his hammer hurts people.

This is impossible. You can't have multiplayer and mouse control.

I think eventually there should be Tekkyuman as well as Nikujin. His ball and chain would be interesting because it's halfway between a projectile and a melee attack.

I think we should also incorporate enemy fighters from the games included, to fight against in single player. Like Balrog/Misery, and uh.

I spent some time cooking up a basic idle animation for the Shadowling. I'm not the best at animating with pixels, but hopefully you like it:

That's not how this works. You just don't throw in your characters and expect them to get accepted. There's already a strict list of characters who gained the merit to join the game by popular choice

This is the character submission thread, right? So I'm submitting a character, just like everyone else who's posting here. If you don't want to use my character, no one's making you. But in case you do, I'm making it easy by providing some art.
