Hello everyone, I have a new video of my upcoming iPad space game "The Core".
This one is all about planet surface exploration.
With this mode in place I've finally finished my universe, you can go from exploring the stars, zoom into the solar system level, then when you've found a planet with something interesting on it you can beam a hologram drone down to the planet and walk around and retrieve items... and its all procedural! So the universe is seriously massive

Towards the end of the video I show a little behind the scenes view on my laptop demonstrating the terrain culling and vertex coloring.

I believe I've seen some of the videos on this on the unity forum?? Can't remember.

it's a shame it's for ipad only because it looks really awesome. good luck on finishing it.

Due to popular demand (more than 4 people), i've decided to make the core multi platform! Now after the initial iPad release I will be making Pc / Mac standalone versions swell i've made a short video showing some fun effects that will be possible on these more powerful platforms...
