Hi everyone,

I wanted to share a new trailer for our upcoming gravity based 2D Platformer, Antipole. It's not VVVVVV style walk on ceiling or floor but rather true gravity inversion. You can hold a button to reverse gravity in the area around the player. While gravity is inverted, everything in the inverted area is affected by it. Objects and enemies will start falling upward, which can be used to solve puzzles or as a combat aid.

Looks like a very nice concept. The scenery in the first part of the trailer looked quite nice, but the player looked quite out of place. And the second area seemed a little bit too blocky.

But the gameplay looks nice. And the music is good.

Looks like it could be fun, lots of variety in obstacles to get around.  Diggin' the music too, assume it's a similar style throughout the game?  Any idea how much this will be?

There is a consistent art design throughout the game.  Wizard

This is interesting.  I'm curious as to how powerful the gravity flip is.  What does it affect and for how long?

Looks like that little green bar top center has something tod o with it, because when the dude is upside down the meter starts to go down.

The music is from the title screen. It's the same style throughout, but gets better as you get deeper into the game.

We haven't decided on the price yet, but it's coming first to Xbox Indie, so it won't be expensive.

I like the concept and gameplay, but the art looks a bit... uneven.

The gravity flip starts off with a max of a little over a second. The exact timing is based on how long you hold the button down. When you beat a boss, you get an upgrade that makes it last longer.

Anything that isn't pinned to the floor or free flying is affected by it - that means most enemies and any free objects. Even the acid pools are affected by it.

That looks like a pretty cool extension of the gravity flipping idea. It's cool that even the liquid follows you.

I don't want to give away the ghost, but there is a large amount of control to gravity, and the meter on top does measure how powerful it is.   Blink

This looks like it could be really good. There's a ton of potential in the idea. Can't wait to see it, I'm really excited to try it out.

Hello all, we have decided to share a couple of tracks from the game so you can hear more of the music to be expected.

They can be streamed at the following link:

Thanks for listening. Smiley
