Do you know of some Mac gaming related websites/forums/portals? Preferably big, infuential, friendly to devs, easy to be featured on, etc. For promotional reasons Smiley

Also any tips related to marketing/promotion on Mac would be nice.

I used to visit the iDevGames community a lot, I'm sure you'd find some more specific advice there. http://www.idevgames.com/forums/
Promotion on Mac would mostly be the same as anywhere else, just target Mac-focused sites. Maybe search for "Mac game reviews" or "Top 10 Mac games 2012" to give you an idea of the landscape.

Macs don't have a particularly high amount of games out for the platform, so there are no real websites dealing in that sort of thing. (sigh)

Maybe some personal advice from the indie point of view? Like "I contacted site X and they wrote about my game and I got a lot of sales bacause of it".

Basicly, the question is, what to do if you have a Mac version of your game and you want the players to know about it Smiley
