Position
Affinity Pixel Entertainment is currently looking for someone who is proficient in GameMaker: Studio for mobile devices.

Background
Even though plans may change, our current goal is to release a mobile game that doesn't require any micro-transactions to have an enjoyable experience.   Even though we will strategically place ads to generate a little bit of revenue, we want to make a game that people don't mind picking up and legitimately enjoying a challenge instead of just paying to win.

However, if we do decide to add micro-transactions, we may only feature items that give the player no bonus in-game whatsoever.

Again, we're still in the planning stage.   I'll provide further detail for those interested, if you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

Schedule
We are currently in the planning phase of this project, so applicants should not expect to start working the prototype immediately.   However, we are recruiting a team now because we want to start development as soon as we finish setting up our game document and finalize plans for this release.

Requirements
- At minimum 4 years experience with GameMaker: Studio preferred
- At minimum 1 working title, even if it's a prototype
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Basic Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to communicate at least three times a week via Slack

Payment & Contact Info
Rates are negotiable.  Please send your portfolio and rates to [email protected]
