I'm looking for an artist for a game I've been working on for a few months with another programmer.

Here are some examples of the style we've established (and want to stick to, if possible):

The third image shows our ingame editor. Here are some things I'm looking for in an artist:

Required:

1 or more completed games
Experience with pixel art (hand drawn experience a plus)
Able to make milestones.

Desires (oh baby!):

Game design experience (this game is a team effort and input from everyone would be nice)
Experience with shaders (mainly normal mapping)
