Hello everyone!

I wanted to share some material about our most recent game - We are currently content complete, and are in the process of fixing bugs after all the playtests, etc...

We've put our game on Greenlight yesterday, so it's really the beginning of something new for us Smiley

http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=177695239

To give you a bit of background, Lost Outpost is the sequel of a rather popular game we released last year on Newgrounds, Outpost: Haven
We spent the last 6 months pouring our hearts and sweat into it, I left my full-time job (not without saving money first:)) to give this a "real" shot, so we are getting close to the moment of thruth!

The game is a top-down 2D survival/horror shooter, with a strong emphasis on the storyline. It features plenty of boss-fights, in-game comic books to tell the story, etc

The trailer:

If there is any Greenlight/Kickstarter veteran that has some advice for us, tell us what we are doing right, or wrong, or what to brace ourselves for, it will be much appreciated Smiley

Hope you guys like what you see - I'll try to write a pressKit soon, and a post-mortem, to give more ample details on the development process.

Stay tuned Smiley

[edit]Ooops, forgot to add two more ressources if you want to know more about the game:
The website: http://www.garage-collective.com/lostOutpost/ (need to be updated with the latest trailer)
The Facebook Devlog: https://www.facebook.com/outpostGame

[edit2] Now with a demo of the first 4 levels! Smiley Hope you guys enjoy it - as said previously, any advice or help to make our project more successful will be greatly appreciated!

just thought I'd repost the demo link as a comment to make the whole thing more "readable"

Our greenlight campain peaked at day 2 - eventhough it says that we are 22% on our way to the top100, in 2 days, I'm slighly worried about the votes decreasing - is that something I should try to manage better?

I thought this would have more replies. Anywho I voted for you. Looks like a game like Alien Swarm which I was in love with. Also for some reason your web based demo doesn't work for me on the latest Chrome.

I received a message asking what the game had become (I kinda gave up checking the thread for lack of comments/answers Smiley)

The greenlight campaign still needs some help, unfortunately...it's not moving very fast...we are in the 66% limbo at the moment.

However, the "flash" version of the game is live and playable: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/629531

Hope you guys enjoy it, and let us know what you think...
