Yeah that was a big improvement. But you're right, her legs look a little short. I think if you extended her legs at her shins one or two pixels it would help a lot. The upper half of her legs are longer than the bottom half when they should be about the same. It's looking good.

Made the legs a pixel longer. Just noticed that the arm in frame 4 is too thin and the shading is weird. Will work on that next. I think a 7th frame is also necessary on the end, as the jump is a bit too jarring. Actually I'm not so sure about whether I really need another frame... anyways, then I'll add some more bounce to things like the jacket and hair. Also that one weird pixel is going invisible again...

Perhaps her eyes should be a single pixel in size? They seem really big

I tried a single pixel but it was too small, plus you can't get her to glare with just one pixel.
...trust me, glaring is an important action.

So I'm wondering whether or not the hair should bounce while she's walking. I've got two versions here, so tell me which you like better. VERSION 1: VERSION 2:

bouncing hair while walking is more for an exaggerated cartoony effect. I'm taking it you're going for more realism here so I don't think hair bounce is for the better. If there is any bounce at all it would be at the ends of the hair. That being said, her hair would rest on her back, not away from her like it currently is.
Also people's heads are very much firmly attached to their shoulders and I think the head bob takes away from the animation.
I thought it looked fine before, but if you want to add in a little hair bounce for flavor that do towards the end of the hair.

Okay, so I tried out a few things and decided that less is more, and went back to an earlier version. Then I thought about the perspective a bit and came up with this for the hair: I realized that I was really messing it before, because not only was it away from her back, but it would actually have been like, 3 or 4 inches. Now her hair is laying flat against her back, as it should. If you guys think it's set, I'll move onto something else next. I'm just really trying to get this as good as I can.

Now your hair needs more body. Even with really fine hair it wouldn't look like that unless it was wet or in a very tight pony tail. kind of like this:

Okay, I hope I finally have completed it. I put together a short walking animation, and noticed some problems, so I fixed those as well. Edit while looking: Pfff... okay, I need to fix up the jacket a bit. Aside from that though, does it look good?

Now you've got the eyes creeping me out too.
I'm trying to do something about that, but at this resolution it's somewhat difficult.

Soo... because 1 px is too small, 2 px is really the only choice. That being said, I think the eyes just stuck out too much because of the facial features (or more correctly, the lack thereof). I also faded the eyes a bit more.
[UPDATED, SEE BELOW]
Better?

Okay, so I did some more work and tried some new stuff. This should look a lot better. I also redid the shading on the legs. (Make sure to refresh, as I overwrote the old files by accident. ) Better? Of course this means redoing the side shots as well, but that's okay.

The new one looks much more realistic, but I liked this a LOT more! She doesn't look entirely human in this one, which makes it very interesting. It makes you wonder if it's just art style or if she actually is different, and that in turn makes you think about about the setting of the game and everything turns interesting. Especially if you draw a lot of other characters in the same style. Even if you later reveal that everybody is perfectly normal the interest has been awaked.
