Last-minute ludum dare entry.


A platformer where you collect stars. Water pushes you up. Build momentum to jump higher on the other side.

Fun game. Took me about 20 minutes to finish.

Didn't realize that the red squares were giving you a boost, til a while into the game. Somehow didn't even consider it. Maybe add a arrow or something on them?

Love how it gradually becomes harder and harder so naturally.

[reminisce] Reminds me of how I used a GTA 3 hack to try to get to the top of the highest house. I floated sideways til I found a house just as high as I was floating, then I landed on that house, jumped a foot or two and kept on floating.
It was mighty fun, until I realized you could just travel vertically instead. Took the joy out of it.

I loved the style of this! The gameplay was really fun as well. Jwaap, your games are always just so great.

Probably the most fun game in the compo I've played so far. The reverse-gravity underwater thing is tres cool.

Nice game. I like the fake scanline effect, they're pretty good but a little too dark.

Good game, a little annoying near the end where you're going all the way from one edge to the other, but overall quite enjoyable.
I like the scanline effect as well, is it just the sprites drawn like this or did you actually add the effect in?
