I had an idea some time ago for a cell-shaded FPS a while ago and I decided to write a High Concept GDD (my first completed one) for it.

Please tell me what you think or if you have any suggestions (not as if I am ever going to actually make it. I don't have the budget)

Well, yes, but it only matches the "cartoony" part. If you read the document, there is a lot more to the idea.
