Well, my very first indie game is now released on Xbox Live Indie Games. It's been a 9-month saga of free-time development, but it's my very first completely finished game, so I'm rather pleased with myself right now
Below is the press release I sent around, along with a few screenshots:

EXCALIBUR STUDIOS' AESOP'S GARDEN TAKES PULLING WEEDS TO THE NEXT LEVEL
New Block-Pushing Puzzler Offers Brain-Spraining Challenges
TWIN FALLS, Idaho, Nov. 17, 2009 -- Today marks the first commercial
release from indie game developer Excalibur Studios. Available now on Xbox
LIVE Indie Games, Aesop's Garden delivers a retro action-puzzle experience
unlike any other title in recent memory. You'll need a sharp mind to
navigate through more than 50 levels in your quest to rid Aesop's floral
masterpiece of the weedy blight inflicted by his arch-enemy, Alistair
August.
The key to the game lies in learning how each element in Aesop's world
interacts with the others, and using that knowledge to open pathways that
aren't otherwise accessible. By building ice bridges, summoning hungry
rabbits, and avoiding the piercing glare of evil scarecrows, you'll
ultimately yank every last weed from its earthy bed -- and while you're at
it, face Alistair and his minions in a multitude of memorable showdowns
leading up to the final confrontation.
Featuring carefully-crafted pixel art and finely-chiptuned music, Aesop's
Garden harkens back to simpler times while giving gamers of all types a
fun and satisfying way to keep their thinkers thinking. Try the first 10
levels now on the Xbox LIVE Indie Games marketplace, or purchase the
entire experience for a mere 240 Microsoft Points.
