Other folks I'd love to see work on a game would be Neil Gaiman and Joss Whedon, for the amazing worlds/stories they create.

I'd also love to see games set in some of the Magic: the Gathering settings. Some of those places are crazy evocative. Not necessarily videogames, either, but definitely more ways of exploring those worlds.
