from the videos and screenshots i have to say im liking it but repetition looks like a major issue.

its looks got a smooth frame rate even lots of enemies and the visuals are really nice. bright clean and simplistic. it suits the cartoony nature of the game and the variety of levels is nice. lol parachuting tanks =]

but gameplay wise its looks repetitive. from the videos it looks like all you can do is point and shoot wave after wave of the same enemy tanks. there appears to be only two weapons and limited upgrades. the missions looks like boring kill this thing to open the gate or collecting missions. also while the levels are nice looking they dont do much strategy wise because it seem the best way to win is to rush in a shoot everything while avoiding enemy fire which is a real same because the destructibility of the levels especially the forest have a potential strategical element. also some levels like the lava level have really narrow corridors/valley that limit your movement not nice.

and while were still on the topic of repetition if the only music is that happy techno music in the videos its going to be annoying imho.

but yeah.. fix these gameplay issues up to the same level as the graphics and im sure you'll have a fun heli shooter game.

also having some levels with narrower paths seems just fine to me, wasn't you talking about repetition?

you can still judge a game's gameplay and its issues without actually playing the game. i mean you dont have to play pong to tell its repetitive. when your watching an in game footage its showing the game in action hence the gameplay.

You can't judge gameplay from tiny excerpts or early WIP version.
We have 6 weapon types with 5 weapons in each, we have various enemies like number or tanks, vehicles, robots, turrets, etc. Also number or various missions like defend, escort, intercept cargo carriers, etc. Heck, we even have capture the flag bonus levels Smiley

Just dont make such a deep conclusions from those videos Smiley I'll try to put a more varied video next time Smiley
