I wasn't actually going anywhere with that.
It's what I like to call 'Rorschach humour'.

It's in times like these I'm really not sure any of you people are actually homophobic or not.

Most males are homophobic by default. Because most males are raised that way.

I was raised by homophobes and I'm completely unlike them. Same here. My stepdad was what you might call a "redneck." I take pride in the fact that I'm nothing like him.

I'm definitely very much in the non-homophobic camp. Genuine homophobes make me violently enraged.
And for the dudes who are still generally uncomfortable with gayness, just suck it up. If a gay guy hits on you and you aren't interested, it's at least flattering. Whatever the Fox network tells you, gay men are not prison rapists, and your sexuality is not in danger.

I have to admit that I do find it somewhat flattering to get hit on even though I am straight. I just let them know I am not interested. I don't see what the big deal is. I mean it's not like guys go into a rage if what they think of as an ugly girl hits on them so why is it so big of a deal to be gay? The funny thing is is that no one that is opposed to gays has any real argument against them aside from the fact that they don't agree due to the rules of their particular religious practice which shouldn't have any effect on anyone that is not of that religion anyways.

I know it's wrong, but I am terrified of things that are identical. It took nearly five years of therapy for me to be able to write equals signs and I still can't do cong- oh god, I can't even type its name.

Despite the grammatical ambiguity of your sentence, I'd like to say that I'm not homophobic either, I might be homophonic but with what? that's the question. That said I'm not against a joke about gays once in a while as long as it's not hateful, that's how cool I am with homosexuality. I was raised by homophobes and I'm completely unlike them. Yeah it must not be easy being raised by two homophobe guys (failed joke) I noticed that you are always reacting vehemently against perceived homophobia melly.

Oh! The irony! Oh! The pain!
Our beloved site casts upon itself a veil of shame; no longer the tasteful humour and game reviews we came to love, but a graphic which is suggestive and arguably obscene!

Does this mean that you dislike gay people because they get together with people of the same sex? Your condition is pretty weird. edit: Can you do equations?

I can do inequalities just fine, but it's always iffy with equations. For example, I look at x^2 + 3x + 27 = 4, and I can easily insert value of x that don't make the two sides the same, but I look at x^2 + 2x + 1 = (x+1)^2 and I can't fool myself. I know that those two are equal no matter what I do. There's now way I can change that. All I can do is try to ignore it. Try to forget again...

x^2 + 2x + 1 = (x+1)^2 (-(x+1))^2 = x^2 + 2x + 1
(x+1)^2 = (-(x+1))^2 (x+1) =/= -(x+1)
