Feedback on our game's name would be really appreciated
PlanetRealm
First-person puzzle exploration game set in a world of colorful tiny planets
Sounds too generic to be memorable.
Knowing nothing else about your game, I'd focus on why you arrived at that name and break it down to find variations.
"Planet" indicates the main objects of focus. Give them a name, or call them something more abstract.
"Realm" describes the context/container those objects live within.
There are many words meaning planet, world, Earth, ground, orb, etc. I'd take one that fits the lore of your game and combine it with another word for "realm".
From the image, it appears the edges of the Realm are sparkly and blue. To me, this resembles a fantasy sky/cosmos. I'd find a creative name for the "realm" to use in-game, such as "The Sky", "The Deep Blue", "Ether", "Oblivion", "The Infinite", etc.
I came up with:
Skylands <- this is taken
http://skylandsthegame.com/Cyan Worlds <- sadly taken by a fantastic studio.
Terra Finite <- is your game a commentary on disposable worlds, and the fact we're destroying our own?
Glossy Balls <- this one's taken, too
Great Balls of Pyre <- are the planets dumping grounds?
Ganglia <- ignoring my own advice because your image looks like colorful ganglia.
Eon Estates
Twenty Acres and a Singularity
No Space Like Home <- taken by non-games
Big Bad Bubble Babies <- assuming your game is about large angry bubble babies.
If the game has lore, that would ease your search for a name.
