Hi There, We are looking for a few people to help us speed up our current project "EXTREME FIGHTER PILOT" (Picture Below) I have included a full job description for each position so please read through them carefully before applying. Skype is required.

Graphics Artist
Drawing concept art for islands, military bases, anti-aircraft guns and bosses, you will need to draw a minimum of 8 pictures a month and will be expected to be online for at least 8 hours a week. Portfolio isn't required but 1 or 2 pictures will increase your chances of being picked in the interview.

2D Special Effects Artist(GML Programming)
Programming special visual effects e.g. Heat Warping, Speed Blur, EMP Explosions, Smoke etc. No minimum work requirement, you will be expected to be online for at least 14 hours a week. Please have some work ready to show for the interview.

Sound Effects Artist
Producing sound effects for in-game objects e.g. Aircraft, Anti-Aircraft Guns, Aircraft Weapons, Explosions, EMP's etc. No minimum work requirement, you will be expected to be online for atleast 10 hours a week.

*NEW POSITION* Map Pixel Editor
Editing pre-made maps to naturally fit AA Turrets and Bases, Basic map editing e.g. making cliffs bigger and more defined, map to map seaming

3D Graphics Artist
Create and texture aircraft, ships, tanks, military bases and AA gun meshes (for making sprites), You will be expected to be online for at least 18 hours a week.

3D Special Effects Artist - Blender
Creating special effects for aircraft e.g. jet exhaust, sun effects, water effects. You
will be expected to be online for at least 8 hours a week.

:General Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years of age, must speak fluent English, must have Skype + there own account, must have Dropbox or be willing to set it up.

:Preferences:
Have your own computer, Have a microphone and headphones/speakers, Have multiple skills, Have 2 or more years experience working with another indie team.

Compensation Plan: SharePay
You will receive a percentage of the income earned from the sale of each game release that you have contributed towards, calculated by the amount and quality of the work you have provided compared to the amount and quality of work that the game represents, higher percentages are not given for anything that is not directly related to the project/game release e.g. the team creator does not get more of a share just because he created the team.
